Hey, I'm Rebecca!

Clear, healthy skin starts from within.

I help women 30+ create clear, healthy skin through inside‑out support that helps you understand your body, calm inflammation, and take charge of the internal patterns that drive acne — so you can feel empowered and in control again.

Because you deserve skin that lets you feel fearless, confident, and fully yourself.

You’re not broken — you’re overwhelmed.

Most women come to me feeling frustrated and confused after trying everything:

- skincare routines

- prescriptions

- supplements

- conflicting advice

And still dealing with unpredictable flare‑ups.

This isn’t your fault.
No one ever taught you how your body actually works beneath the surface.

Adult acne isn’t “just skin.”
It’s often connected to inflammation, digestion, blood sugar swings, hormone fluctuations, and stress patterns.

When those systems are out of rhythm, your skin responds.

What life feels like when your skin calms down

Imagine:
✔ Waking up without checking your skin in fear
✔ Feeling confident, steady, and self‑assured
✔ Going makeup‑optional
✔ Understanding your cycle and how it affects your skin
✔ Less redness, less reactivity, fewer “mystery” flare‑ups
✔ Knowing exactly how to support your body long‑term

When your internal environment feels supported, your skin becomes more consistent — and so does your confidence.

My Experience

My career started in the prestige beauty space. Mainly, I worked in retail but also did some freelance makeup art on the side. During my 10 years working in the industry I learned all about skin anatomy, skin types and skin conditions. I spent countless hours in training workshops with different prestige brands like La Roche Posay, Avène and Vichy. Makeup training alongside that - with brands like Smashbox, Lise Watier, Shiseido and Stila. From there, I ventured into the Wellness industry and it became home. I worked administratively for a Chiropractic clinic where I was exposed to so many different holistic health modalities - Chiro (obviously), cupping, acupuncture and massage therapy. As time went on with the clinic and as I navigated the recovery of 2 surgeries, I knew that working administratively was not my calling. I wanted to help people - I wanted to be a practitioner.

As mentioned, I had to endure the not-so-pleasurable experience of surgery - one to remove my appendix when I was 21 and then my wisdom teeth at 24. The reactions and long term effects of medication and antibiotics started to affect my health in a very negative way. My digestion became so compromised that the only food my body would tolerate comfortably was bananas. This eventually healed and I regained normal eating habits but with a few hefty restrictions. At this point in my life, my skin was at its worst. I had flaky, red, inflamed acne on my chin and worst of all, on my shoulders. NOTHING helped me. Ever. Not skin care. Not topical retinol. Not anti-biotics. NOTHING. Let me tell you, I wish I knew the now me back then.

The acne continued into my late 20's. I wondered if I'd ever have answers. If I'd ever find skin care that my skin tolerated. I always used to say, "I'm going to have acne in my 90's!". But I was wrong!

It wasn't until Holistic Nutrition made it's way into my life that my skin (and the rest of my body for that matter) made a turn for the best. I learned about the gut-brain-skin connection and the things I needed to do to balance it out. I learned about the interconnectedness of my other organs and hormones and how they were contributing to the appearance of my skin. I learned the trigger foods that were specific to my skin and how to replace them with alternatives that didn't bother my body. I learned how to simplify my skin care in a way that my skin didn't flare up. It took time - and I'm still a work in progress but I did it! And so can you. That's why you're here.
