MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Rebecca

No extreme diets. No overwhelming protocols. Just a clear, personalized approach that helps your body feel supported, nourished, and ready to rebalance.

Most women are told what to take.

I help women understand what their body needs.

Instead of starting with restriction and overwhelm, I focus on building health from the ground up by nourishing and supporting the body at the cellular level.

Because when you understand your body and give it what it needs, you can take back control of your health.

My Approach

Understand → Calm → Nourish → Rebalance

I start by helping women understand what's happening inside their bodies through functional testing.

Instead of jumping straight into restrictive diets, cutting out dozens of foods, or handing over a long list of supplements, I focus on creating a strong foundation for health.

My first goal is to help the body feel supported.

When the body is under stress, it can be harder for hormones, digestion, sleep, immune function, and energy levels to work properly.

By giving the body the nutrients and support it needs, we can help:

- Calm inflammation

- Support natural detoxification

- Nourish and strengthen the body's cells

- Support a healthy immune system

- Improve energy production

Create a stronger foundation for hormone balance

Once the body has that foundation in place, we can work on deeper health goals more effectively.

Because when the body has what it needs, it can often do what it was designed to do: heal, repair, and rebalance.

Achieving Balanced Hormonal Health Isn't About Doing More...

It's about doing what works.

My goal isn’t just to help you feel better in the short term.

It’s to help you understand your body—so you feel confident, capable, and in control of your health long-term.

My Experience

My career started in the prestige beauty space. Mainly, I worked in retail but also did some freelance makeup art on the side. During my 10 years working in the industry I learned all about skin anatomy, skin types and skin conditions. I spent countless hours in training workshops with different prestige brands like La Roche Posay, Avène and Vichy. Makeup training alongside that - with brands like Smashbox, Lise Watier, Shiseido and Stila. From there, I ventured into the Wellness industry and it became home. I worked administratively for a Chiropractic clinic where I was exposed to so many different holistic health modalities - Chiro (obviously), cupping, acupuncture and massage therapy. As time went on with the clinic and as I navigated the recovery of 2 surgeries, I knew that working administratively was not my calling. I wanted to help people - I wanted to be a practitioner.

As mentioned, I had to endure the not-so-pleasurable experience of surgery - one to remove my appendix when I was 21 and then my wisdom teeth at 24. The reactions and long term effects of medication and antibiotics started to affect my health in a very negative way. My digestion became so compromised that the only food my body would tolerate comfortably was bananas. This eventually healed and I regained normal eating habits but with a few hefty restrictions. At this point in my life, my skin was at its worst. I had flaky, red, inflamed acne on my chin and worst of all, on my shoulders. NOTHING helped me. Ever. Not skin care. Not topical retinol. Not anti-biotics. NOTHING. Let me tell you, I wish I knew the now me back then.

The acne continued into my late 20's. I wondered if I'd ever have answers. If I'd ever find skin care that my skin tolerated. I always used to say, "I'm going to have acne in my 90's!". But I was wrong!

It wasn't until Holistic Nutrition made it's way into my life that my skin (and the rest of my body for that matter) made a turn for the best. I learned about the gut-brain-skin connection and the things I needed to do to balance it out. I learned about the interconnectedness of my other organs and hormones and how they were contributing to the appearance of my skin. I learned the trigger foods that were specific to my skin and how to replace them with alternatives that didn't bother my body. I learned how to simplify my skin care in a way that my skin didn't flare up. It took time - and I'm still a work in progress but I did it! And so can you. That's why you're here.
